The Hoosier Historian is devoted to the Hoosier state and its peoples' international ancestral roots. The second issue will be pertaining to Irish influence in Indiana, past and present. Articles pertaining to Ireland, Indiana, travel tips, bog bodies, Irish events and organizations, etc. will be included. I am currently accepting submissions pertaining to this topic including, but not limited to, stories, articles, recipes, photographs, art, games, and videos. More specifically, I am looking for articles and photographs pertaining to Irish immigration to the United States. Irish immigration articles should cover the general basics of who, what, when, where, why, and how. The why should touch on the subjects of the potato famine, the clearances, etc. The where should include any connections to the state of Indiana. Please send your submissions to email@example.com no later than July 25, 2016 for the August issue. The Hoosier Historian is a free e-magazine for all to enjoy, as such submissions are to be unpaid volunteer only and the submitter will retain all rights to their work. I look forward to working with you on this project!
